playgrounds, and performing countless other projects to help
children and communities. Throughout the year, Foster is involved
with organizing many different Kiwanis community events. In
December, Foster and several of his fellow Kiwanians helped with a
Christmas party at the school for the children of the Head Start
Program at Englewood Elementary School. They assisted the children
with decorating a Christmas ornament, presented each child with a
book, and all enjoyed some ice cream.
Ron Deviney is the First Alliance Capital Sales Executive for
Volusia County and has been in the wholesale real estate
business for five years. Ron’s time is spent between property
acquisition, sales, rehabilitation, and management. Ron is a
dedicated businessman and a Volusia County resident, which has
proved advantageous for his investors and clients working in
Volusia County.
